As a continuation of the evaluation of a previous project, we are starting a new project that will last two years, if everything goes as expected. It is very new because it is about helping in the implementation and monitoring of a project, but also to improve internal processes and the design of new projects.
It is an enormous challenge due to the distance, cultural differences, local conditions, the people involved and the resistance and doubts that any change entails. We are sure that it will be worth the investment that CARITAS SPAIN is going to make.
